• DECLARE
:
– to be aware of Cartografica Galeotti’s adoption and implementation of the
Organisation, Management and control form ex D.lgs. 231/01
;
– to share the objectives laid down in the main part;
– to commit to the respect of the foreseen contents and to dissuade all our partners in the fulfilled activities with Cartografica Galeotti from any behaviour or act of alleged crime as indicated in D.lgs. 231/01 and similar and from any behaviour that entails a violation as outlined in the form and in the Code of Ethics.
• I am aware that the violation of the rules laid down in the above mentioned documents represent a serious breach of contract which entitles Cartografica Galeotti to terminate said contract and to dissolve by right and with immediate effect according to art. 1456 of the Civil code, by certified e-mail or fax, including the right to any eventual damage compensation.
immediately releases Cartografica Galeotti from liabilities for eventual sanctions or damages that should derive from the latter such as consequences of the violation of the above mentioned documents by our company or that of its collaborators.
